Turkey and chicken thigh, pigs in blankets, smoked bacon, carrots, onions, whole cranberries, sage-and-onion stuffing, fresh sage and thyme, cooked with Valencian rice in our big pan.
Guests can watch the paella come together, filling the party with those irresistible aromas and a little live-cooking theatre. A vegan festive paella is available too.

Pulled pork bap with optional sage-and-onion stuffing and cranberry sauce.
